Loved the spacious and beautiful room.
Staff were extremely helpful.
They offered us a free shuttle to the train station after checking out.
Vegetarian breakfast was nice.

Staff incredible, private rooms and bathroom, big rooms and heard no noise all night. Onsen was lovely, and tattoo friendly.
It’s a 5 minute walk from the centre but they run a shuttle bus on demand
Lovely traditional experience in a very welcoming Ryokan, I wish we had done 2 nights.
Breakfast was impressively presented, but don’t do it if you don’t like fish (found out the hard way)

We liked the walk into the town, it only took 5 minutes. Staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was explained to us fully on the first day.
Nothing it was a wonderful stay.

Only thing that would have been good is an English translation of the menu
