Very good value for cost, great breakfast! Many thanks to Roberta for the breakfast!
No air conditioning, not even a fan (in the middle of heat wave)

Good breakfast, love the Ticino ticket that issued by the hostel and can travel the whole region for free!
The staffs there are a little bit too cold compared to other hostels/hotels in Switzerland

It was a well run simple hostle. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was solid. Definite value for money, only a short walk into town. Was pretty much exactly what we were looking for
Hard to complain, for a budget hostel we were happy

Christian at the front desk was so kind, resourceful, and conversational. Breakfast was great. The fact that my bed was made when I arrived! So nice to not have to do that.
Very loud kids made the stay unpleasant.
