Great location and great family hotel. Buffet breakfast was amazing.

Wifi could have been better in the room.

Vers nice hotel in Kuta, nice pool, spacious rooms with balcony, nice bath room, not new. But well maintained

The staff reception and driver was not very friendly, restaurant too loud with live music and singing Americans

Pools, room was great and bed very comfortable. Best sleep for a long time

Pool was mostly crowded by what I would describe as bogan loud group and tattooed to the "hilt". Area outside Restaurant is filthy. Sewage removal tanker came to suck out sewage from an underground sewage storing tank and the collection point in the ground is right in front of the reception and restaurant and it stank to high heaven. Our room (I think it was 321) was at the end of a long straight staircase. The room was okay but the bathroom was very depressing with a worn and dirty green mottled bath that I would not use even if I am paid to use it. There is also very limited fighting in the bathroom dark and depressing We springled Dettol mix on the shower floor and showered with our jandals on. We stayed for 5 days but regretted not moving sooner but having already paid in advance and getting another place on short notice was not easy. Will never stay there again. This was part of a 7 week trip and the only one that we have rated under 8. Luckily we only stayed there for 5 out of our 45 days in Bali and Lembong.
