This Iya Valley Onsen did not disappoint. Our room was stunning with amazing views of the Iya Valley. Taking the cable car down to the Onsen was special, as was feeding the lovely birds on the platform. Fantastic dinner and breakfast included. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing location with great view. Open air onsen was very special. Food was great and rooms very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and service was top notch.
The building was a little dated and could use an update. Though the onsens were clearly renovated and amazing.

Hotel in a beautiful valley, nice and interesting breakfast and dinner .
Do consider that hotel has no lift. there are many stairs. Stairs to the outdoor onsen too once you get off the cable car.

"ケーブルカーで行く露天風呂が最高でした。ぬるめの泉質が心地よく、景色を眺めながらゆっくり過ごせました。
部屋の露天風呂は源泉を加熱したもので、好きな時間に入ることができてよかったです。
料理はご当地食材を使った創作料理でどれも美味しく、スタッフの皆さんも親切で短い滞在でしたが素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。"
