The staffs were so kind and when you want anything they are always there 24/7. The villa is so good it had everything we wanted and it was so beautiful!

You can make a little bit your cleaning better.

Regina was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The property was beautiful and peaceful with surrounding nature sounds.

We loved our room but we found a frog a day before check out and then when I went to call someone to get rid of it, it disappeared in the bathroom and I suspected it went into toilet. When they came to check it's as if they doubted us over and over again as they said there was no frog despite our plea that we really did see a frog. My friend got very upset and asked for us to be moved which proved very difficult at first as first there was no room, then there was, then there wasn't, then there was a villa a few minutes away but we had to fork out quite a lot of money for one night. We protested and Regina went back to speak to "a boss" who finally agreed we stayed in one of the villa rooms. They were still skeptical, saying there was no frog which was irritating.

The breakfasts were amazing, delivered to our room at the time we specified. All the staff, Regina and Perry are the two standouts, were absolutely wonderful, patient and professional. We mucked around with our shuttle rides to and from town a few times but no one ever got annoyed or impatient with us 😊

The staff is very courteous and the service is very prompt. Breakfast was good and nicely laid out in villa.

The location is very poor. It is far from the main lobby. They should inform in advance about the location. It’s only when you reach the property you realise the location. The access becomes difficult
