friendly staff, location, nice apartment overall
with warm weather it did get stuffy, zermatt had a lot of flies when opening up windows

The property was few steps away from the church bridge, the most famous photo spot in town where the river frames the mountain. It was just 10-12 mins walking distance from the station. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The owner was very helpful and checked on us. The owner also let us check in early and helped us store luggages after check out time.
The WiFi could have been stronger.

Very good location and the kitchen is well equiped.
The apartment was not properly cleaned. The bed, pillow and blankets were very uncomfortable, overused. They need to be replaced.
