Friendly, very helpful staff—they kindly stored our luggage for us before check-in.
Great location close to the city center and in a lovely neighborhood.
No proper hot water—it was barely tepid, making it really uncomfortable to take a shower.
Surprisingly small rooms and an unrealistically tiny bathroom where you could barely move around.

Very clean, great location, lots of information on the history of Ypres
Absolutely nothing

Very affordable, room was small but had everything you need. Close to the centre.
The AC did not work very well and the staff were not particularly friendly.

Its not in historical central at all but it is only 5 minutes walk over the bridge
There was a notice informing us that the hotel was under renovation but obviously they had not got to our room yet….. this hotel is tired and not like any other ibis we have stayed … you get what you pay for i suppose
