Room was clean and well outfitted with plugs and bedside lights. Big windows. Mostly freeway and construction view, but a bit of city skyline. The bed was super compfy. I stayed 5 nights as was in Paris for a 3 day course. It was close enough to the metro to get into the city. Underground parking and large Carrefour is a plus. Also a big flea market on the weekend. Fun to check out if you like that sort of thing. Great value for money and I will consider staying here again for next year's course.
The location is not nice. Garbage in the streets, freeway, and construction. I was not very comfortable going back and forth to the metro alone at night - but that is applicable in most of Paris.
Note to staff, bathroom sink in room 401 is not draining well and the overflow drain pipe leaks onto floor. Needs fixing.

We when to have the breakfast and attendance was very very rude and we had to come out without having the breakfast that is the kind of staff was there to attend us in the food section
