Overall, it was a nice stay! Great price for the location! It was a bit of a bummer to have to bring sheets and towels, however, I guess that’s why it is a more affordable option. The place was very clean and host was very responsive. I only took off a star because there was a door leading to another unit that was unlocked and there were other people in it. We tried locking it multiple times however it would not stay locked because it was an electronic mechanism. Also the bunk bed mattress had a lot of hair on it which was a little uncomfortable for us. Overall, I would go back! It was a nice stay, just some minor fixes would make it a 10/10!

I rented this property based on the “oh, so clean”reviews. Well…. when I went to wipe a spill off the kitchen floor, the paper towel ended up being dark grey, indicating that the floor hasn’t been washed in a while and there is a distinct “aroma” to the rental and I’m not sure where the source is. It kind of smells like low tide at times. Might be the carpeting - which appears to have never been cleaned. The kitchen amenities are sparse. However… there is no mold present in the bathrooms, which is a plus. Dated property. Having to lug everything up 17 steps was a bit challenging and there was no lighting up all those steps at night - there appears to be lighting… but it didn’t work, despite trying several switches inside. I will say that the owner is a very nice person and extremely responsive to any inquiry I had… which made me sad when I arrived and wasn’t really pleased with the property. I REALLY wanted to love it, but I won’t be staying again.
