Wonderful staff

Everything was great

The location is perfect, within easy reach of Parque Florestal, Santa Lucía, the museums, and Paseo Barrio Lastarria. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight for me, however, was the staff. Everyone at both reception and in the kitchen was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They really made my stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location: Santiago Centre , 5min walking to Cerro Santa Lucía (Barrio/Lastaria), 10min to Plaza de Armas, 20min to Parque Metropolitano (the Metropolitan Park), 20min drive from an airport. The hotel is facing Parque Forestal. Very safe neighborhood. We stayed in a standard room with a king bed. The room is a good size with a closet, coffeemaker, small refrigerator, and a microwave. Bottled water was provided. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The stuff is very attentive to clients. They offer tours, taxi if needed. There is coffee, tea in the lobby 24hs. Hotel management offered a relocation to a nearby hotel plus transportation during a minor water disruption.

The location was good, the staff were helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good quality.

The in room airconditioning was not able to be adjusted - it was linked to the whole hotel and could not be changed. The public areas were much cooler than the rooms. Despite having a high floor, the street noise was very evident, almost no noise suppression. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. The bed was way too soft for our liking, and the pillows were very flat. The room size was adequate, but with more than one piece of luggage, it was a squeeze. Overall, not great value for the price paid compared to others I have stayed in in the city.
