Excellent location, beautiful breakfast

Definitely not suitable for older or someone less mobile. To get to the bedroom and bathroom we had to go down 14 steep concrete steps with NO HANDRAIL. A lady insisted on taking our bags to our room, stating lift only for bags, then demanded a tip. For 3 nights we struggled up and down the stairs sometimes in the dark, to the 2 nd level, until we met another couple saying we could use the lift. Wi fi didn’t work, she said she would be back the next day to fix but didn’t return, hence 5 days without wi fi. We are late 70’s, one with a heart condition, the other a replaced hip 12 months ago..those stairs were dangerous, one slip ….. I hate to think.

Great location. Easy communication and close to the down street restaurant that is linked to the accomodation. We got 10%!off our food when dining at the restaurant. We could leave our bags at the restaurant on check out before our train. Staff were lovely.

The sofa bed and 2 single beds were VERY uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. We booked for 6 adults. The two sleeping on the sofa had terrible sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence, including the Duomo, the museum with Michelangelo’s David, and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment itself is very clean, beautifully maintained, and comfortable. A special mention goes to the incredibly kind and helpful lady who personally guided us to the apartment, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was also very good and a great start to the day. All in all, we highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

It’s ok but nothing special expect for the location!

They recommended parking near their apartment is terribly dangerous. They have very badly managed about the parking and not safe at all!
