Parking ramp was not working properly, even after paying for parking and with given ticket from hotel reception to access the ramps, it happend to me and other visitors we could not access parking area. Eventually we had to print new tickets at ramps and then ask for new tickets at hotel reception.

Good location for someone who want's stay in city center.
Very helpful personnel.
Extremely small room size. I was not aware before check-in about room size.
Cleanest can be improved.
