Very good explanations to find the hotel and enter in the apartment, including videos. The location was very good, in the downtown with connections to buses and trains, but most of the time we just walk as the touristic places were nearby.
The bed wasn’t comfortable. Cleaning could improve.

The location was perfect. Windows are looking at the street but it's not the main street, so it's not noisy or anything. Fast response to all questions. Everything is good and clean.
Couldn't cast YouTube to the tv. Everything else is great.

Air con, clean, spacious, good position

Location and the European feel of the building
Very dark, not much day light coming in. Coffee machine didn’t work, pluming needs attention (woke up to pool of water beside toilet and sink in the bathroom was draining very slow)
