We verblijven graag in het park , vanwege de mooie locatie, in de natuur en de gezellige, vrijstaande huisjes. Gezellig restaurant erbij met mooi groot terras

Het huisje ( 98) was nog niet gerenoveerd, was niet helemaal schoon, de matrassen en beschermers waren echt onsmakelijk, twee badkamers , maar allebei heel klein met weinig opbergruimte, dus de spullen verdeeld en steeds op en neer lopen van de ene badkamer naar de andere , buitenterras is niet overdekt en ligt niet gezellig. Wel genoeg ruimte verder in woonkamer en ( ruim voorziene keuken )

Resort ben tenuto, posizione a fianco di Brunnsumerheide molto comoda per le passeggiate nella natura, staff gentile, tanta privacy, casetta ben arredata e corredata, bel giardinetto attrezzato con tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Luogo molto rilassante immerso nella vegetazione.

La pulizia era accettabile ma non elevata, si potrebbe curare di più. I materassi duri per noi scomodi, cuscini troppo morbidi, non abbiamo dormito bene. Lo scarico della doccia era molto lento, bisognava chiudere l'acqua almeno tre o quattro volte per permettere allo scarico da far defluire tutta l'acqua ( casa 38).

Amazing location, also had many amenities, very quiet and houses were well spaced out offering privacy.

Not clean at all, there were hairs all over the bathroom, brown stains on the walls in the bedrooms, all the floors were sticky and seemed like they were not cleaned at all. Also, the internet password was nowhere to be found despite it being stated to look over the fridge and cabinets. Only 1 toilet roll provided for the stay, not even hand soap which is a basic necessity in any public space. Due to the lack of cleanliness, it was difficult to enjoy the stay.
