We stayed here as a family, and everything was excellent - the description was completely accurate. The host, Cristina, is very sweet and helpful. She assisted us with the airport transfer both ways and recommended local shops and a car rental service. We absolutely loved the terrace - it's comfortable, spacious, and surrounded by many plants. It was so pleasant to drink coffee and read a book there in the morning, and to have dinner outdoors in the evening. The area is quiet and perfect for a vacation with children. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and it is very convenient to get to the center of Palermo. A grocery store, a bakery/deli, and several restaurants are all within walking distance.
A couple of minor things to note: there is no washing machine in the apartment (and the laundromat is not very close), and one of the beds squeaks, which causes some discomfort at night.

Amazing location, everything is walking distance, beach, bus stop to the city, bakery, restaurants, etc.
Love the big roof terrace with sun loungers. Very peaceful. Wonderful, kind host Cristina. Always helpful, and keeps the place extremely well.
The place is better than the photos online. 10/10 stay for us for 11 nights.
Loved everything
