Great location, staff are very helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and spotless. We had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay in this family run hotel and we look forward to staying here again when visiting Vidin. Thank you

Location was OK. Staff member who greeted us was very nice.
There was refurbishment work being done right outside our room. We were expected to walk over dust/ground sheets as the workers continued their task. On asking if we could be allocated another room we were informed that there would be additional charges. This is totally unacceptable.
