The location is superb. The views over the water are to die for and the open balcony accentuated the location and view. Bed was comfy and room was adequate. Quiet in the hotel - just be aware as it is a central location so street noise apparent if you leave windows open. But you wont care as you just stare at the view - it is a great vista

The rooms are now a little tired, and need updating. Toilet seat was loose, the flush button was also loose and coming off. Old wall heater in bathroom askew and falling off. Everything needs a revamp and update. Also, the entrance is inside a shopping mall and for a tourist is hard to find for first time. You need to explain access better as it is frustrating when in car and trying to find.

Ideal location, great view of harbour, plenty of bars and restaurants in area and supermarkets. Only 25 min into the old town.

We had a wonderful stay at Adriatic Deluxe Apartments! The accommodations were clean, comfortable yet minimalist. The staff were friendly, location was convenient, and made it easy to explore Dubrovnik.

My only disappointment was that payment was accepted in cash only, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend staying here!
