It is a nice place to stay for a few days while in Zadar. The location is great: city centre, next to the beach. I am not sure how easy it would be to find a parking spot in the high season, but at the beginning of July, it was OK. It is a paid parking spot so it is not cheap but I guess that is the only possibility if you are coming with the car in the city centre.
Personally, I find the bed too soft for sleeping, but that is because of the two extra mattresses on top. And the placement of airconditiong is a bit weird because they are blowing directly to the beds.

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte ed eravamo due adulti ed una ragazza di 17 anni troppo piccola non per tre ma solo per due E’ un tipo di soluzione valida per pochi gg. Troppo piccola praticamente e’ una camera con un angolo cottura e l’ edificio è senza ascensore non adatto a famiglie.

"Excellent location within Zadar Old Town. Had everything we needed for our 1 night, very last minute visit. We were missing a sheet for the sofa bed which was brought to us. Great little studio."
