Muy buena localización para visitar Europa Park y para visitar la Selva Negra. Aparcamiento en la puerta para nuestro coche. Ingrid nos dejó dos entradas para el parking de Europa Park que vinieron genial. Todo es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy cómodo y limpio. La cocina muy bien equipada de menaje además disponía de jabón, especias, sal, café, servilletas, estropajos… había lavadora y secadora. Plancha y secador. Camas cómodas. Terraza muy agradable. Persianas en todas las ventanas que hacían que se oscureciese bien el salón para dormir. Buenas comunicación con el anfitrión. Indicaciones precisas antes de la llegada y para la salida.

Habrían venido bien algunas toallas pequeñas de más, solo había una y éramos 4.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which was appreciated during the summer. The self-check-in instructions were detailed and, once we arrived, the process worked as described.

The biggest issue was the communication before arrival. I simply wanted reassurance that the self-check-in system would work if I arrived after 9:00 pm due to flight or travel delays. Instead of directly answering my question, I received multiple messages repeating that the hosts accepted no responsibility after 9:00 pm, along with repeated reminders about quiet hours and liability. The tone made what should have been an exciting holiday unnecessarily stressful before I had even arrived. Other inconveniences included only one towel per person for our three-night stay, very small rubbish bins, and several flights of stairs, which are not ideal if you’re travelling with large suitcases, strollers, or mobility limitations. The apartment is also not particularly close to the parks (around a 15-minute walk to Europa-Park and approximately 25 minutes to Rulantica), and transport options are limited without a car. After this trip, I would personally choose accommodation closer to the parks with 24/7 check-in availability. Finally, I was reminded about the quiet hours four separate times before I even arrived. Because Rulantica closes at 10:00 pm, we naturally returned to the apartment around 10:30 pm each evening. The repeated warnings made me constantly nervous that our family might accidentally disturb someone simply by entering the apartment after the park closed. House rules are understandable, but the repeated emphasis created unnecessary anxiety throughout the stay.
