Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort

Great location, close to the heart of Seminyak Beach, within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining and bars. Well -maintained facilities. Nice food and staff were wonderful.

Great location great staff and everything was fantastic

Nothing

Staff were very friendly and professional

Didn't like that we couldn't purchase the discounted massage offering with the credits purchased on arrival. This was misleading and very unprofessional. Didn't like that the credits could only be purchased at a discount rate at check in - makes it clear that you're hoping that all the credits are not spent and the hotel is able to keep the balance.

A great resort. We stayed in a family room, which wasn’t huge but was fine for our family of 4 (2 adults, 9yo and 12yo). Clean, located close to lots of shops and restaurants, and the staff were all lovely. A good selection at breakfast, and good room service options. We had an excellent meal on steak night too! We really appreciated the shuttle up to the main streets as we were traveling with my in laws who weren’t up to a huge amount of walking. We used the resort drivers a few times, and were driven by Gusadek, who was really great!
