Booking was easy, host was quick to respond. Sweet bread in the morning was delicious, great location for central Verona.

The location
The communication
The air conditioning
The fridge
We would suggest providing English Breakfast Tea and small sachets of milk . Makes a big difference to us.

Easy check in - self check in option available. Spacious room, big king size bed 🛌, tv 📺, can cook 🧑🍳 as well in their kitchen. Beautiful Family owned hotel centrally located in Verona. Highly recommended 👍 it is a rare find.
Nothing to not like.

Very good location. In the heart of Verona.
Rooms are nicely decorated and this can be a top rated accommodation with a little bit more care and special attention.
The general areas were not clean, the kitchen area, outdoor patio and shared bathroom needs a good daily clean.
