Helpful staff, spoke very good English. Very accommodating, when I was unsatisfied with the bottom floor rooms with boarded up windows (because of the war) he moved me upstairs 👍👍 room was great.
Nothing to complain about

Clean
The furniture is well-used. The doors don’t open properly.
Why don’t you place a shower gel descender into the shower cabin?
