This is basically a brand new facility with a classic atmosphere. The fact that everything is new makes it comfortable and clean, but you do not get the feeling that you are in a Ikea display. On the contrary, the furniture ia high quality with classis looks. The garden around the facility really added value to the experience. Even though the location is a bit uphill and 20 minutes by car away from Gravedona, there are some nice authentic restaurants close-by.

It is not really an agriturismo in the sense that there is no possibility to have food from the local farm. No breakfast, no dinner. There is however a large and fully equipped kitchen that guests may use if they bring their own groceries.

Amazing hospitality and privacy in a beautiful property far away from tourism, while being very close to everything needed and all the best spots by the lake. Stunning views steaight from a spacious room’s balcony. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a solid and romantic place to stay in the area
