I have travelled to many places and stayed in many apartment accomodations. Never came across such a helpful and welcoming House owner. I was supposed to do a PCR test from Uzice city during my stay in zlatibor, for my return to Dubai. I went to uzice testing centre the day before my stay, to make sure all is set for the next day, but the lady in the testing centre reception was not able to provide me info that testing centre will be closed on sundays ( it was a struggle between both of us and google translator) Next morning i asked help from landlord lady to check whether i can take a pcr test on the same day. She checked with many government hospitals, called & tried with many of her contacts and confirmed me that all the testing centres will be closed on sundays. This means my travel back to Dubai is not possible as per our booked flight dates. She helped me to get a new pcr test appointment ( from govt website)in a different facility where the test results will be faster, guided me to post office to make payment etc. Even gave her laptop for me to modify my flight reservation. we sat together almost for 2 hours to sort the things out. Getting a Pcr test appointment in serbia is a big headache if you dont know serbian language. She speaks excellent english which you rarely see in serbia. It would have been a big mess , if i would have not stayed in this facility. Property was excellent & clean. Great value for money. Nice view through the windows. Good courtyard. Sufficient parking. Love from India.. 😊
