Posizione ottima, vicino a farmacia, supermercato e panetteria, così potete utilizzare anche la cucina a disposizione nell'appartamento. L'ambiente era super accogliente, pulito, caldo e dotato dei giusti spazi. La Signora Lydia è stata gentilissima e ci ha persino dato del dentifricio che, ahimè, avevamo dimenticato a casa e arrivate alle 21 non sapevamo dove reperire. (Poi abbiamo scoperto che lo aveva la macchinetta automatica della farmacia accanto - TOP). La località è pratica per raggiungere Bolzano, Vigo di Fassa, Merano ecc, ad un passo dalla funivia e vicinissima a vari percorsi. Ben collegata con mezzi pubblici per cui la stessa struttura vi fornisce il pass gratuito previsto per i turisti. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, inclusa lavatrice e balconcino. Ottima esperienza

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, Lage im Rosengarten top. Schöner Parkettboden, bequemes Bett, großer Schrank, Parkplatz inkl., abschießbarer Abstellraum für Fahrräder.

Der Ort eng bebaut und die Wohnung etwas dunkel. TV in der Wohnküche - könnte etwas größer sein.

The place is near the lift, 5 minutes walk, so it's really nice for making use of the ski slopes. It was also pretty clean and had lots of storage. We also liked being able to stay here with our dog.

There were unfortunately quite some bits that we didn't appreciate. - there was no toilet paper by our arrival. That meant that after 5 hours of driving, we could not even use the toilet before going grocery. - there is a dish washer but not even a washing machine tablet, so again, no use without groceries. - the apartment is on the street, at night there's continuous trafic noise, which makes impossible to open a window. - the curtains are really light, so all the traffic lights will shine into the bedroom. - there is but one trash bag but you are requested to divide your trash. - there is no actually working knife and no cutting board. - there is nothing to clean the apartment, which is annoying in a longer stay. - there's written that there is private parking on property but that's not entirely correct: you can use it to move your luggage but then you are requested to move your car to a public parking lot; there is absolutely no valet (this is written). - there's written that there's a sauna but that is nowhere indicated and we did not received instructions about it, which made us understand that is not present. - the day before our departure a paper with my personal details stayed all day on a chair outside of the door of our apartment, so anyone who crossed had full access to my personal information. - the owner came to say bye and collect the tourist tax the day before our departure knocking at our door past 22.00, which scared the hell out of us (we were already in bed). - I sent three messages with questions before and during our stay, I never received a reply. - the check out is already insanely early (9.30), we went to buy a new sponge for the sink of the apartment at 9.10, came back at 9.20 and found the cleaning lady already inside our apartment, which made us feel like we were no longer welcomed in the place we actually were still renting. All in all, we would not recommend it.
