Good location, nice room

- great location
- helpful staff
- lovely breakfast
- comfortable room
- had numerous issues with my bedroom card requiring to go up and down to the reception
- small comment : wifi information should be available in the room and not just at the reception

Location was great and hotel was not noisy at night
Seating in the lobby and bar area was very firm and not that comfortable

Location , stayed prior to new ownership. Lovely district and location .
first room offered was dirty, loads of dead mayflies/mosquitoes on floor and window sill. Room was changed, as I demanded it. Atmosphere was not the same, some staff seemed cold and rude, they couldn’t be bothered with basic customer care. Terrible atmosphere.
