the room was spacious, good view out of the window. breakfast was delicious.
We have a ski lesson booked on the first day morning, the breakfast wasn't served till 8 am, we tried to communicate with the front desk staff to have breakfast earlier because the ski Leeson start at 8. The front desk staff gave us a straight No. Then we tried to explain why we need breakfast earlier again, he finally asked the manager and have our breakfast serve at 7:30, wasn't ideal but they won't let us cancel the breakfast.
The shower in the room doesn't have enough hot water before the hotel public onsen closed.
