It was really positive when the owner started to use the translator, because he knows he can't speak in English. The breakfast was croissant, but we could ask jams, Nutella, butter etc.
The bathroom was in the end of the hallway, not in the room. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but everywhere we saw the same. Big city with a lot of trash

Die Lage ist zentral, das Zimmer ist sauber und ausreichend groß, das Frühstück typisch italienisch,
und der Parkplatz mit 15 € pro Nacht ist auch ok.
Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer verkehrsreichen Lage, es ist sehr laut, und auch die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr hellhörig.
