Everything. Located right in town. Fantastic burger cart right out front. Deli next door takes preorder for box lunch and the lunch was very reasonable and good!
Rooms are clean and comfy. They do look out over a parking lot but didn’t bother us at all because we enjoyed watching all the activity. Great breakfast places nearby

Great location! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Nice “ mom and pop” motel. Friendly check-in host.
Kind of noisy during morning and late afternoon with kids cruising the walkways, probably a reality that it was summer vacation ( August). The sandwich counter in the store was a bit overpriced ($15 plus for a deli sandwich).

It served our purposes well. Nothing fancy and the bed was very comfortable.
I paid $250 before taxes. That's a price tag that I would have expected something nicer. The room was rather ordinary, much like an inexpensive basic needs motel room.
