Location, the character, the rooftop terrace, the quick responses from the owner when needed .
WiFi had been changed, and details hadn't been updated..

Quirky apartment in Ortigia - great location, nice roof terrace, interesting interior.
Very steep stairs up to the roof terrace! Not for those with mobility issues. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
Had no water for 24hours after a burst pipe in Ortigia - not great, although management company were supportive and refunded cost of one night of our three night stay as compensation.
