For those not used to the humidity, it is only a few minutes walk to the monorail or one of the surrounding malls, so suffering in the heat is minimal. The security is helpful. Easy access for Grab cars and delivery services Internet was great (turn it on at the wall under the tv first), bed was comfortable, shower was suitable. Pool 3 floors up, Gym near pool, shop on underground level of building, laundrette near shop. Local food stores close by. Restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Aircon great in the room, great views from the apartments of the other buildings nearby.

washing machine in room took 3-4 hours for the '45 minute' cycle due to trickle into the machine - but during my 9 night stay I just got used to going out and coming back several hours later and hanging on the rack. No cleaning products - I would have liked to have cleaned the bathroom without having to buy a full set of cleaning gear - again it was a 9 day stay

Near the city centre, clean toilet

Towel is a bit smelly

I stayed at Parkview Service Apartment Kuala Lumpur in Room 2213 from 13July to 15 July 2026.Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of KLCC, the Petronas Twin Towers, restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

There are a few areas that could be improved, such as updating some of the room furnishings and paying more attention to small maintenance details. However these did not significantly affect my stay.
