The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and the shower was lovely. Two large beds easily accommodated two adults and three kids. Easy communications with the staff. The neighbourhood behind the large Argentiská Road was great and filled with good vendes for daily shopping and a handful of good restaurants.
There were only provided duvets and towels for four people (plenty of pillows, though!). This was not a problem for us, but it might be useful to know if you need to bring some extra stuff - otherwise there’s a local Pepco where you can easily and cheaply stock up.

De locatie was erg fijn.
Alles was goed te doen met de tram,metro &bus.
Verder was alles aanwezig in het appartement.
En zag er netjes uit.
De slaapbank was niet fijn. Echt heel erg hard.
Zou wel fijn zijn als er een topper of iets op zou liggen.

El apartamento es más espacioso de lo que se ve y esta bien ubicado si decides alejarte de la típica zona turística. En nuestro caso nos alojamos aquí porque necesitabamos estar cerca de Letna, así que fue una buena opción. Si bien no usamos la cocina, está bien equipada. Un detalle que proporcionen toallas (y en nuestro caso había gel y champú también).
El sofá cama es muy incómodo, en vez de un colchón parece que estás en un palet de madera. Actualmente (septiembre 2026) están haciendo obras en el interior del edificio muy pronto por la mañana y el apartamento es ruidoso a primera hora (pero realmente muy pronto, un día empezaron con la radial a las 7 de la mañana). Con la ventana del baño oscilovatiente se cuela el olor a tabaco de los trabajadores. El wifi no funcionaba (el papel de la puerta indicaba una red wifi que no estaba).

Wasserdruck in der Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist RICHTIG in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel ist abgerockt. Schlafsoffa ist MEGA Hart. Die Bettwäsche sind Kaputt und riechen nicht Frisch. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Fenster sind zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet die sehr Stark Tag und Nacht befahren wird.
Kaputte Türklinke. Waschmaschine ist sehr verschimellt. Die Küche ist Teilweise defekt. Im Treppenhaus riecht sehr Schlecht.
