Hotel Sting

Where to begin? The staff was my favourite part of the stay, the lady at the front desk was the sweetest, she was so kind and cheerful and always said hello and good morning. The other staff were also amazing and very lovely. We were offered house keeping nearly everyday which was lush. The AC in the room was amazing, it was very warm when we went so coming back to a room powered by the AC was heavenly. It has very easy access to everything. Every time we used google maps it was always a 4 minute walk away from where we wanted to go, roughly a 9 minute walk from the train station. Also good restaurants nearby as well, everywhere was super easy to get to. The room size was amazing, we had a huge bed, a sitting area, a microwave, fridge and the bathroom and shower room as well. I am not a bath person but used the bath as it was massive!

There was nothing I did not like, if anyone has a problem come see me. Because this place is amazing!

A lot of space in our room, comfy bed, good facilities. The staff were very lovely, and they were able to keep our bag for us before we checked in, which was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location and has great transport links nearby. Overall, very happy.

Everything, the location was sublime, the staff was so nice and kind, and they were happy to clean our room when requested. The room was insane value for money, very big, and very cute interior design. すごくかわいいスタイル! It is right in the middle of Asakusa, close to several stations, and many options for both shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

Nothing, everything was 完璧! My partner and I are both tall (+185cm), and he bumped his head a couple of times, but this is normal in Japan as a tall foreign.

Amenities provided were OK. Bathroom spacious central location

room smelled of cigarettes. I had asked for non smoking. very old room with old stereo in it. I felt not value enough for the price I paid
