We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, which was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A special mention and big thank you to one of the housekeeping staff, Kerolos. I have never come across such a friendly and helpful housekeeping staff member. Kerolos looked after us so well and was always kind and attentive. Every time he tidied our room, he made sure it was exceptionally clean and well looked after. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Kerolos, for taking such great care of us!

Everything was great

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Melody for making my one-day extension absolutely smooth and hassle-free. I simply provided my booking number, and she efficiently took care of everything. What impressed me most was witnessing how professionally and patiently she handled a challenging guest. Despite the difficult attitude, she remained calm, respectful, composed, and genuinely helpful. Ms. Melody is truly exemplary—a wonderful reflection of genuine hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is lucky to have her! ❤️👏🏻

The slippery floor from 14th floor it is a health threat for possible accident. Might put some rubber mat to prevent slipt accident.

The property was in a good location

Firstly the rooms were not cleaned properly at all. I had to request that the skirtings in the floor area all be cleaned as they had so much dust on them. And they were literally dirty which put me off my stay to be honest. My daughter and Neice had the second room and their switches were not working properly dispite reception sending in Maintenence guy out a few times. I was very disappointed. The hot water was not working most nights I don’t know why. If there are issues with hot water at night guests should be notified. I am double minded if I should book through booking.com again as I have been doing so for many years
