Bhuzel was the best staff member I encountered during my entire two week trip to Japan and that speaks volumes! He was so wonderful! Please give that man a raise! The kaiseki dinner was hands down the best meal I have ever eaten in my life and it was so beautiful! It was truly art. I wish you sold the smoked umeboshi because I would've have purchased many of those! I really enjoyed the pajamas, yukatas, and complimentary slippers. The welcome cocktails and chocolates were delicious! The outdoor bath overlooking My. Fuji was a dream come true!

Wow! This accomodation was more of a splurge for us as we visited Japan for our honeymoon and we wished we would have spent more time here. They offered a shuttle service from a ropeway station so getting here was easy. They also provided a complimentary welcome drink when we checked in that we enjoyed on the porch. The staff was amazing: attentive, helpful, and kind. The meals were absolutely amazing- we left dinner with a midnight snack! The private onsen was lovely. They provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. What a delight this stay was.

The staff members were all so friendly and nice. The private onsen and bedroom were very nice. View of Mt. Fuji from the onsen was unbeatable!

Close to Ubako ropeway but overall still a slight trek to Gora or the lake.
