Good location, clean and comfortable. Close to the mountains.

Location was perfect. It was so clean, so unique, cute little balcony for anyone to use, and a coffee station as well. The apartment was exceptionally quiet which I didn’t expect being right on the main downtown street.

It was hard to find parking but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Beautifully decorated, lovely exposed beams and high ceilings. Great shower. Coffee machine in the reception area which was appreciated. Staff were helpful when we requested additional pillows/duvet and working lamp.

Room was only cleaned once whilst we were staying there for 5 nights. Wasn't clear whether we needed to request this service although every other day would have been appreciated. Bed extremely hard, pillows were very uncomfortable and bumpy. 2 pillows definitely were required. Duvet is also too small for the size of the bed so again would recommend having 2. Staff were accommodating for these requests. Although the location was good for restaurants and amenities being close by, the noise from the street was unbearable on Thursday, Fri and Saturday night. Even with ear plugs we were kept awake until 2am with people shouting which then ruined the following days for us. From previous reviews, and considering the location, we of course expected some noise although not to this level. The room facing the street (4) does not seem fit for purpose considering this. We did ask to move room although unfortunately they were fully booked. Was quieter during weekdays although we still found ourselves being woken up in the early morning from deliveries to shops.
