Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, the general feel of the place.
At times the music from downstairs was a little loud for those of us staying on the first floor.

The hotel is perfectly adequate. However...
People should be told that their rooftop bar has a (very loud) DJ party until 2:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Afterwards people were having a private party in the room next door... until I went to complain at the desk at 3:30 am. Not being able to sleep until 4 am is not OK for a hotel, unless you are told this is a possibility beforehand.
