Platinum Hotel&Residence Wilanów

Sheets, bedding and towels were nice and clean, and the shower. Microwave and hob for cooking, glasses and a small amount of coffee.

Floor was filthy with what looked like a semi-fresh blood stain on the carpet.

The woman at the reception was a queen .!!!!!

Cleanliness and way more things

The hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the tram. The room was spacious, well lit and comfortable. We did not hear any noise which is always a plus in hotels.

The only problem was that it was not clean. We found an empty water bottle and dirty sock under the bed. There was some old blood in the sheets and they never came to clean our room in the 5 days we were there even though I asked the reception for the room to be cleaned, they only put new towels and took out the garbage, but nothing else.

Location and price is good.

The bed sheet was too small for the bad and we half slept on the matress that was covered in someones dark hair. The pillows had some dark brown spots on them... The AC was extremelly loud and controlls didn't work. When turned off the room heated up super fast. + Can not open a window to get some fresh air.
