Loved location and spacious room. Room cleaned everyday. Loads of windows and free air but super quiet
Room was 3 stories up which we didn’t mind as mentioned it was super quiet even with the interior side window open(also had exterior street windows) but when leaving u have to be sure u have everything. Toilet was blocked on first evening but was rectified within hours and very discreetly too which was excellent.

Fantastic location in the Jewish quarter. A good base for the tours we wanted to do.
Uber couldn't pick up from the door when it came time to leave. Not a problem with the hotel but something to be aware of.

Location and size of the room.
The mattress was very soft and dipped in the middle causing my partners back a lot of pain. The staff at the finca cafe for breakfast were more interested in their phones than getting the orders correct. One breakfast out of four was correct.
