Family oriented beach level AIR CONDITIONED condo (new construction 2005/AC added 2019) with large patio for entertaining, comfortable living space with counter bar open to kitchen & dining. Children love the built-in double bunks, cubbyhole lighting and extra drawers for gear & toys. Wide doorways for physically challenged.
This bayfront property is great for action......whether just watching others or your family play sport on the GRASS, dig in SAND or paddle board on calm WATER in San Juan Cove. If you'd like to take it up a notch try yoga on a surf board!
Santa Clara Pt. is just steps away where there is opportunity to rent boards, boats, jet skis, sign up for summer camps, and park your extra car in the public lot or dock the boat. Your condo has 2 outside parking spaces and outside under staircase locked storage.

The property location was great. Easy walk to the ocean and different places. The owner was very gracious in working with our schedule. I very much appreciated all that she did. My grandkids go to bed early so I was grateful for the dark out curtains that fit the window. Stayed in places where light shines through all night. Staying downstairs I was concerned about noice. It was quiet, clean and lots of sitting areas. Only complaint is that I tried to sleep on the pull out couch and was not able to. After an hour I had to fold it up and sleep on the couch itself. Other than that I would recommend it to families with kids. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

5 stars. The best location. Nice and calm and chill looking at the bay but just minutes from the louder/busier mission beach to catch some waves. Walking distance to some good food and a short drive to SeaWorld. The pictures don't do the accommodations justice. The kids room has plenty of space and the beds were nice. We'd stay here again.

This was wonderful, right on the Mission Bay Walk, close to everything, lots of food within walking distance. Very cute duo bunk beds, bottom bunk is a queen or full, little tall for nana to get in.All was as advertised, would definitely rent it again.
