ホテル ポンテ ヴェッキオ

Location was good for us, little bit out from the city center but very accessible with public transport and by bike; rooms are clean and comfortable; breakfast is good; staff are friendly and helpful. No parking on site but plenty of options nearby.

Staff was attentive and kind, mainly reception desk employees and canteen employees Were problem solving people with good attitide and skills.

I didn't like that canteen provided the same food every day. There were no new dishes siring my six-day stay, and it was awful. The first 2 days it was acceptable but then it was bad experience and I left the canteen hungry because I cannot eat every day the same dishes. One more mention in the evenings I would like to order meal but There was only pizza available, which I think is a drawback.

Everything was exceptional; we had a great stay! We will book again.

Everything mostly wonderful staff in the evening.

The staff at the reception in the morning are rude amd condescending. Particularly Estelle, she might hated her job but dumped it to the customers. The male staff were super nice especially the evening guys were very friendly.
