In the superb and famous private, guarded and secure domain of Cap Nègre (le lavandou), magnificent Riviera-style villa with an area of 300m2 with direct access by stairs to the sea and 800m from the village. It is made up of a main house on 2 floors and a pool cover guest house of 40m2.
The villa has a sea view, has an infinity pool of 9mx4m and an exotic Mediterranean vegetation park of 2500m2. The swimming pool is heated according to the weather and the outside temperature, with a supplement.

There is on the 1st floor with an entrance on the ground floor: 1 bedroom suite with its bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms, all the rooms are air-conditioned, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living room of 50m2 with equipped kitchen, 1 patio of 50m2 for lunch outside on mistral days, + furnished terrace of 200m2
On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with its bathroom of 25 m2, 3 bedrooms, the bedrooms are all air-conditioned, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 1 fully equipped kitchen, living room 50 m2 + pool table.
A 300m2 terrace: space for relaxation and dining and dancing on the 300m2 terrace around the infinity pool. sea view. Terrace equipped with garden furniture for lunch, an aperitif, relaxing in the sun,
On this terrace, there is also a guest house: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen with bar overlooking the pool terrace, 1 shower room, 1 American fridge.

The house is perfectly equipped for your entertainment: table tennis, petanque, paddle 2 bikes and billiards (the last 3 with deposit), board games, televisions... The house also has a fast WIFI connection and a music stereo system compatible with all smartphones.

Direct access to the 2 private beaches on foot (5 mins) without leaving the Cap Nègre area, swimming supervised by a lifeguard in July and August. Shops, restaurants, bars, sailing clubs accessible on foot by the beach or by the pedestrian track (800m).
Ideal for family vacations or several families and heavenly for small family parties.
In case of technical problems, you can call the person who knows the house well who will come to repair quickly.
You can have a concierge service that will answer your tourist questions, home service, or boat rental
The house can be rented partially: each floor can be rented independently, knowing that the remaining floor will not be rented and therefore holidaymakers will occupy the villa alone. The rates for a partial rental are available on request.

The house and the property and the pool very nice and yes specially liked the Beautiful beaches in walking distance from the property the only problem was Sharing the property with mosquitos at evening Time but we all had a wonderful Vacation

The villa was splendid and had a short distance to a nice beach. A small shop and a bakery was also within walking distance. Checking in went very well and Letitia was very helpful and service minded.
On the negative side: It was quite exhausting with a lot of construction work nearby, for the whole week. Traffic noise was not mentioned in the description of the house, so this was also an unpleasant surprise.
We went from Toulon to Cap Negre (and return) with the local bus - about 1 1/2 hour ride. The bus was rarely on schedule and there were sometimes problems with space for the luggage.

Ants were an issue in a couple of locations inside.
Lots of kitchenware for our party of 14 people but Lack of sharp knives…..
Overall House is fine, not quite as good as the pictures on the internet, overall a bit dated.
However pool is fabulous.
A/C very effective, tho’ very hot we’d no problem sleeping.
Location is superb, short walk to Cavaliere beach and lots services there.
Back at Cap Negre (5 min) also lovely for swimming.
Overall we were very happy.
