RECENTLY RENOVATED
AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL 3 BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM.
The house is located on the upper floor of a duplex and has 100m² of internal space. It can accommodate up to 15 people, 8 of whom will sleep on beds and the remaining 7 on mattresses on the floor.
Access is via a private staircase on the side to the upper floor.
Covered garage for 2 cars (3 if small).
The house is located 10 minutes by car from the city center (1.5km) and 10 minutes by car (2km) from Praia Grande and Tenório beaches. It offers easy access to the highway leading to beaches in the northern region, such as Praia do Felix and Prumirim (20km).
It is just a few blocks from supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies, and bakeries.
