Location in the middle of the island, pure "city centre":). Close to everything around. We had to postpone our arrival, no issues at all - easily arranged (agreed). Both floors have AC and fans so you don't need to be afraid of sleepless nights caused by hot summer nights (and days).

Location is perfect (really) but has some "flaws". You need to get use to the church belfry (after two days you "don't hear it any more"). Since you are in the middle of "all happenings" (all the bars are literally next to the house) you might be annoyed with the noise coming from the outside until early morning hours.

The location is great, the host friendly and the overall state of the property was fine. There was a friendly handyman which promptly came to do some minor yard fixes.

There were some drawbacks with the kitchen appliances, broken knives and a range hood that didnt work. One of the beds upstairs was very uncomfortable.
