The exclusive villa "Tri Porte" is located in a quiet, hidden bay on the south side of the Dalmatian island of Korcula, surrounded by untouched nature, old pine forests and olive groves. The villa accommodates up to 7 people and features a private pool, garden area with Mediterranean vegetation, sun loungers and a direct view of the sea and bay. A rocky private beach is directly accessible.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living kitchen with a corner fireplace, fully equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, and dining area for up to 6 people. From here, you can directly access the pool.
In the air-conditioned upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds - each with its own bathroom/WC, a large living kitchen with a dining table for up to 8 people, as well as two terraces, one covered and one open south terrace with access from the living area and bedrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a comfortable bathtub, and a washing machine is also available.
The villa offers three bathrooms, a hallway with a cloakroom, a storage room, satellite TV, WiFi, hi-fi and DVD system, as well as high chair and cot on request. Pets are welcome. Parking spaces for up to three cars are located directly at the property.
Distances: Airport 120 km, Centre 10 km, Restaurant 1 km, Supermarket 10 km, Sea 20 m, Ferry 10 km, Bank 10 km, Pharmacy 10 km.
Leisure activities: Water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing/wakeboarding, jet skiing, kayaking/canoeing, football, basketball, tennis, bocce, paragliding, mountain biking, grape harvesting, olive harvesting, wine tasting, museums, water park, badminton and sightseeing.
Included in the price: Air conditioning, pool use, pets, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fee, baby cot, extra bed (0-2 years), bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, WiFi and kitchen towels.

We had a wonderful week in this holiday house. There was plenty of space, lovely outdoor areas, and a fantastic view of the sea. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the possibility to go swimming nearby. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday with friends.
