Hotel Imperial - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas

Great location in the heart of Opatija. Very close to the lido and restaurants. The hotel has been tastefully redecorated and renovated.

The car parking in the hotel is limited when they are busy at a weekend. During the week doesnt seem as hectic. That means figuring out where to park the car, which can be a little expensive for the day. Patrick was helpful though.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

The late start of breakfast and dinner. I wish the breakfast starts at 6:00am and dinner at 18:00. That’s usually the standard time in other hotela I’ve been in the past.

The apartment was in a heritage building in a central location with views of the Adriatic Sea. The bedroom was spacious and the very was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. The included breakfast buffet held each morning in a beautiful dining room was outstanding.

Compared to the size of the room, the bathroom was small and cramped.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, staff let it down. Everything is too much trouble. Breakfast spread was exceptional. Too expensive for what they offer.

Replenishing amenities, housekeeping substandard, reception was friendly but disinterested.
