Cute room with a surprising amount of space, we liked being in an old building. Kitchen and bathroom were both very functional. Very quiet, easy to sleep every night. Location is perfect, very easy to either walk or tram to popular attractions.

We loved our stay and would stay again. Note that the check in process was a bit wonky with lack of clarity on who to communicate with upon arrival, but people at the restaurant below helped us and we were okay in the end.

Fantastic location. Right at the bottom of the steps that lead to the castle, and with very good restaurants and bars nearby yet quiet at night. There is a great Italian restaurant around the corner that does fresh pasta. 1 min walk. Pivo e Basilico. The apartment is spacious with a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, a microwave and seating areas. Also a bath and shower.

Lack of staff presence on site and we felt the apartment needed more TLC and thought. For example, there were a few things missing that really wouldn’t cost a lot to rectify …. First, there is no bedside light on either side of the bed, which meant getting up to turn the light off and fumbling one‘s way in the dark back to bed, which is not only annoying but could be dangerous if you fell on the hard tiled floor. Also, only one pillow each was given (one should always offer two - I found a small one in a cupboard but it didn’t have a pillowcase and there were two of us, so we had to alternate). We also were only given one towel each, although we were there for 4 nights. We also think it would be nice to provide coffee pods and tea bags for guests. No one wants to shop for basics when visiting the city.

The journey from the airport was easy using no 59 trolley bus to Divoka Sarka then wait at the same stop for the no 20 tram. A 5 minute uphill walk to property from Malostranske Namesti tram stop. Takes 45 to 50 minutes. Collect a tram and metro map at the airport. The property is located at the foot of the new castle stairs, 5 minute downhill walk, slightly longer uphill. As these steps are used by many tourists there are plenty of gift shops and restaurants nearby. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Charles Bridge. There was a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher (tablets supplied), hob, microwave and hair dryer but no toaster.

In our appartment there were a few things which if it was my property I would have repaired/replaced.
