ノボテル オークランド エアポート

朝早いフライトでしたが、空港から近くてとても便利でした。お部屋は清潔でバスタブもありました。ドライヤー、アイロン等も備えてありました。

スリッパはなく、ミネラルウォーターもありません。

So convenient just opposite the International Airport. Staff were lovely and absolutely loved our room overlooking the runway. Beautifully clean with everything you need.

No car park at the moment.

The check in process was welcoming and friendly, albeit a little long,

However, during the check in process my credit card was taken, I was informed a deposit was taken as per normal, etc etc, only to find that didn't happen and administration is now ongoing after I have checked out. The hotel's air conditioning system is always slow and too warm. It takes a long time to cool the room down and never cold enough. The hotel insists on making us act like backpackers where - after arriving in our very overpriced room - we then have to return to reception to fill up a very small jug with water, so that we can have filtered water in our room. I have made many, many complaints in person and on line, and fellow customers all agree with me, but hotel management insists on making us wander the hotel just to get a drink of water. Extraordinary when that room can cost anything from $450 to $550 per night.
