The location was great for us, all representatives were nice and very helpful Although the chalet was not at the same level of the hotel overall it served all our needs

In our chalet the shower heads were not so good, every time we opened the water it moved to the other side, not dramatic but annoying they promised to fix it for the next visitors :)

* Spacious and well located accommodation. * Check-in at reception was smooth. * big bathrooms and lots of storage

* very poorly equipped kitchen * it was stated that basic hygiene products would be provided - we were only given hand soap * tiny bin for an 8 people property * pillows were very bad * overall a bit run down and could need some renovation (tile in bathroom had fallen off before we even checked in / lamp over dining room table partially broken)

The location is fantastic with ample parking and great facilities. Being able to use the spa was a great additiona and the staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help in all cases with additional linen etc.

The chalet could have been a little cleaner on arrival and the utensils are quite sparse when travelling as 2 families.

Das Challet war einfach top und es hat uns alles von Abis Z gefallen.
