Gasthof zum Hirsch

Wir haben zu meinem Geburtstag hier unseren Kurzurlaub verbracht, an meinem Geburtstag wurden wir mit einem Glas Sekt überrascht und mir hat jeder sehr herzlich gratuliert Generell war das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend Unser Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sehr geräumig Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, dass das Frühstück am Tisch serviert wird, so startete der Tag mit Ruhe und ohne Hektik wie sonst am Buffet, es gab sogar Brotzeit Tüten um sich die restlichen Sachen einzupacken Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen

Dass der Urlaub dort so kurz war

Sehr schön gelegen und ein schönes traditionelles/modernes Haus. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und Essen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch mit Hunden kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Ich kam mit meiner gehbehinderten Mutter. Ohne Worte, hat die zuständige Dame, das Zimmer vom zweiten in den ersten Stock verlegt! Das war der erste Pluspunkt! Das komplette Personal war super freundlich. Auch zu erwähnen ist, dass wir es total hygienisch fanden, dass dass Frühstück nicht als Büfett angeboten wird. Bei der Abreise war klar- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es war alles rundum perfekt!

Before arriving I got an email (in German only) explaining all the details clearly. When I arrived there was nobody at the reception but I got the keys from a locker using the provided pin code. The room was clean and very spacious. There was free parking just outside. Breakfast was good and the woman serving it was friendly and spoke clear enough German that I could understand.

The front door is such that it does not lock automatically but you always have to turn the key to lock it. When I was going out in the evening I was surprised to find the door (side door) not locked. Just as I was stepping out, somebody (I think one of the owners) came from a room behind me and proceeded to follow me out. Since he was the last one to go out, I thought it was his responsibility to lock the door. He did not do that but stopped to stand in front of the door. When I turned around he said something to me which I did not understand in a rather angry voice. I thought it was a command to lock the door. After I had done that, he went on his way. The next morning at breakfast he was there too. After a while everybody else had left and we were the only two people in the room. He then decided to blow his nose very loudly. Maybe he should learn some manners.
